I’ve been going through this issue of "call waiting" since quite a few days now.. I own a mobile which has dual SIM. One is Airtel and the other one is Vodafone..When I’m on call on my Vodafone number I very well get notified with the call waiting thing where as in Airtel I don’t get such notifications. I’ve tried "n" number of things now..I spoke to the customer care people , they tried helping me out with few solutions to it but it still haven’t got activated. Then they asked me to visit the nearby Airtel service centre, which I did..I went there on 13th November and they still haven’t given any solution to it. Now when I call them they don’t pick my call at all. And when we called the customer care people to say as to this is how they r behaving towards us they gave no shits about it and moreover they were really rude about it.. So Airtel people , I guess being One of the so called greatest network in the world , you guys should be more responsible towards your service. And if this continues I’ll make sure (along with me) all my close one’s would just shift to another network as you guys don’t know how to behave with your customers
