I am sharing one of my worst experiences with this service provider. In decemeber I took international roaming pack but I was wrongly charged 15000 Rs instead of 7500. I called these guys in Jan and they called back in couple of days saying that the extra bill amount has been waived off. Suprizingly they never updated the bill and I called them like dozen times for bill correction. Besides wasting my time for around 30 to 40 mins every time I called them they have barred outgoing and incoming mutiple times. This is my sincere advice to anyone looking to go for airtel, please don’t. Thier only objective is to steal your hard earned money and charge you incorrectly.
