Hello friends I want to share my own experience with all of you on Airtel network. I am using the airtel sim in my second mobile but I am very much disappointed with this network. Because of their network problems and the postpaid charges. I am using postpaid sim of airtel only for the internet but since two weeks its performance is worst. And they are not improving their performance. In advertisements they said they are provide network in the small villages but I am live in the city and there is the network issue is the biggest problem. Then how I can believe they provide network to everywhere or fastest growing network.
And they send me wrong notice for payment of bill but I pay the all bills and clear all the billing amount and when I meet the nearest airtel store they tell me it is send to me by mistake. But my question is this Airtel is the big brand and how can their executives can do that type of silly mistake. They are not checking the records or they do not want to check the records. Because of their mistakes I am in stressed a whole day for how can do this to me. I am paying my all bills on the time. But they send the notice.
After resolving that problem I convert my sim into prepaid but here also the same problem. Their network is very slow in my area I am complained about it so many times but they do not take any action on that. And their plans are also expensive in comparison to other than in that case why I should use this sim just tell me only one reason.
And in my opinion they are not value of our money that’s why I am recommend to all of you do not use this otherwise you will be also regret on your decision. Thank you.
