Services are for customers, customers are not for services. Airtel in DELHI NCR, suppose to be 1st one to provide 4g. But what a waste? Airtel services are so bad even on railway station in central part of delhi, you will not get full 3g signals, and then call drops are so frequent that you are actually happy when call doesnt drop.
As it captures most of India’s telecom market is captured by airtel and other service providers are not able to catch up yet, so in kind of monopoly they provide pathetic services. most of my friends using AIRTEL are unhappy.
I had switched to airtel 6 months before, but I am switching to IDEA now.
Airtel needs to treat its customers well, and provide what is promised or soon the day will come when people will boycott it in larger scale.
