Airtel is one of the fast growing network operator in recent time. I have been using it since past 7 months.
Its network coverage is really large and good. you can get signal in rural areas and interior areas as well.
Its call rates are average not so good like others, but after emerging of Jio, Airtel become compititor of Jio and the call rates, tariff plans, data plans.etc have been improved dramatically. It is taking major steps towards business diversification as well.
One important things in airtel you will get so many attractive plans, but having so many terms and conditions, so inquire with customer care before proceding.
Its data connectivity is good but not best, sometimes I am getting difficulties to access data connectivity, but other operators have also same issues, but its manageable.
one bad things in airtel, they deduct amount from your balance by activating services, and when you call to customer care and argue with them then they returns your amount. I have faced 3 to 4 times. But it is not happening now with me.
Its customer care services is really not good. Its really difficult to contact them through 121, 198 etc. they dont give direct option for CCS.
May be few problems are common with other operators. But I am sharing my personal experience.
