Its been almost 6 years that Im using AirTel(Mainly for Internet not much calls); and overall its been satisfying but nowadays its becoming worse.
At first when I moved to AirTel(from BSNL) I was skeptical cause I always had a lot of faith on BSNL(Because I always thought being a Government Controlled Body is better than a Private One) but I was wrong.
After Suffering a lot with BSNL, I could finally rely on AirTel for its Fine Customer Service and Connection Strength(Specially Internet; Their 3G Connections were fast and reliable).
I really loved their 3G connection but when it comes to 2G they lack a lot(2G net is way too slow and dont get the speed that I am supposed to). As per TRAI Regulations Minimum 2G download Speed should be 56 Kbps but we only get 1/4 of it.(14 Kbps, If I got lucky!).
And In recent times recharging the account is another new burden for us.
Their recharging website doesnt work all the time, sometimes my money get deducted from my bank account but they say "Transaction has failed due to some technical error).
Also in their earlier days they tend to give a very nice customer service but nowadays its becoming worse day by day!
In the end I wanna say something to them.
"Dear AirTel; If you by chance reading my review; then Please sort out the problems that your customers are facing everyday or else the same thing would happen to you like BSNL we will move on, You are the largest Network in India; do some justice to that Title, cause its all for us, for your customers. If we move on then your title wont last long".
