Hello guys, this is rexcode for you, . today am going to review airtel.Airtel has a very poor customer satisfaction and the customer care speaks as thou they doing a favor for the customers. I have been using an airtel dongle from 6 months and everytime its me who calls up and asks what is the due amount and pays the bill. I have not even got 1 single bill till now. I have been making the timely payment and from 2 months with my busy schedule I could not make any payments bcoz I just forgot that I myself have to make an attempt to call. One fine day they just disconnected my connection and when Icall the customer care they informed me that I have to pay the balance. Cheers
