I have escalated the issue multiple time (5+), right from the customer care to nodal officer. Nothing seems to move @ Airtel. Same old answers "charges are valid". If the charges were valid, why would I call so many time to report the issue. I have given multiple instances of the same billing issue, but still the Airtel representatives are not willing to look deep into the issue !
Airtel really sucks the life out of you and it is a shame for India seeing such brands taking their pathetic service out of India and defaming India abroad as well.
They dont resolve issues
They try to threaten on collection calls
Whats next ? Sending goons over to my place ? Is Airtel run by goons or what ?
