Airtel in Mumbai is going down day by day becouse of its poor network service,
Some months ago the network tower of the company destroyed by the short circuit in Mumbai after that the network goes to very poor for mobile service. Company has repaired the tower but problem not solved you can`t talk any person on phone clearly. many time it goes to wrong call or catching the other calls network between your talk.
Pay double for a single sms or call. They charged two times on you single sms or call many time it happens with me. When I calls the customer care they said "You will recover your balance in 24 hour" but not the really I got any time back my money again.
When I activates my internet(mobile office) they charged 30 rupees under 24 hour instead of 15 rupees all time they charged double and just fooling to people about recover there extra money.
My all friends have changed the AIRTEL and turned to other mobile service companies.
So if you thinking about new mobile card ask your relative or friend who using Airtel.
