I have come across one costumer’s experience with Airtel Call home service. I am also a victim of their bad service .I agree with him on certain things about airtelcallhome. Their payment service is risky! they never ever looked at that problem they have blocked my card and reaming dollar’s on my card is taken by Airtel. These guys are more or less like thieves. Network is good. Costumer service is bad they cannot do anything to solve any problem facing by costumer. I think people who ever thinking to use Airtelcallhome service must think twice or more.
You may caught into serious trouble with your credit card or debit card. I think they have serious issue with Citibank credit cards! Not sure .this all my personal opinion others May have different. AirtelCallhome Costumer service agreed credit cards or payment method can be misused by their website! They don’t have any support for that! Overall my experience with AirtelCallhome service is miserable. I have called their costumer service about 9 times within 3weeks. Finally they ask me to open a new account! What a shame! Why I should open a new account for no reason.
I am not a culprit .even though AirtellCallHome is sure this something their problem, they don’t care at all! Airtell I feel like they were treat you like dog’s or their servant’s.All NRI’s they know how difficult to have a single penny here and these people take it and treat you like dog’s even if you are paying for the service. The service I opted is Prepaid, which mean’s I already paid for what ever the service I want.. Think people think! Do you want this trouble?
