Sharing my personal and true experience


.Hello readers. THE AIRTEL CHARGES ARE VERY HIGH. the bills are not sent in time.ineffecient service provider


THE BILLS ARE VERY HIGH ACCORDING TO THE SERVICES I USE FROM AIRTEL AND THE CALLS I MAKE FROM AIRTELo.Charges are too high. All.I am a member of airtel operator since 2016 and have been using this mobile operator from that time without having any complains or problem but this time the situation is else it has become worst mobile operator which was best in some days before


SO FINALLY CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE for this concern


They did not resolve my complaint


AS THE operator DId not let me speak and did not even hear what I was talking abouT


SPECIALLY in certain interior areas the servies is very poor


.  3g and 4g not working at all and total wastage of money. Overall not satisfied.Its internet packs


And calling packs is much costlier than the past packs charges


Normal people are not able to bear the expense of such a costly mobile recharge.Its internet pack has also become costlier and its service is not as good as it was before becuase as I have been using this operator since 2016 I find the present charges airtel is charging is a way too high and the speed which airtel is giving for the internet.has a vast difference when compared to the past speed I used through airtel . it has decreased alot


NOW it is difficult to open a page or download sumthng as.It takes long time to open a page.or download anythng From last one week I am very much frustrated with airtel network because of irritating service caused by Airtel.


I was using A CORPORATE PLAN


And wanted to shift my number to family plan


So they deactivated my previous number before activating my new sim number.


I was using a postpaid number with corporate my plan which I wanted to shift to family plan. They have deactivated my previous number before activating my new sim number


As all of my accounts are linked with the deactivated number . I am not able to to do anything( tickets, recharges, payments) because of unavailability of my regular number. My relocation request is still pending from last 15 days God knows what will happen

AS I FIND AIRTEL IS not a reliable mobile operator.i wil not recommend this network operator to any one
