You never have network. First I thought there is some problem with my cell phone but it isn’t. The network is really bad which makes it hard to not only call or sms but also to access the internet. When you have good network it won’t connect to internet.
Customer service is bad too. When you call customer service the waiting time to talk to a executive is too long. The service isn’t good. I have made so many complains and many of them are still pending.
I am a prepaid user and the call charges are fine but the internet charges are very costly especially 3G/4G .
My dad is a postpaid user and the call charges are very high and internet too is costly even if you decide on a plan. they charge you for some or other thing.
I would really recommend to switch networks as this is really a bad one.
