I have been airtel customer for past few years. Airtel is one of indias lagrest mobile network provider and they have good coverage.
I used to get good offers from airtel 121 store. But their 2 g network is very poor. Somtimes im not even able to send a message on whatsapp using their 2g network. This problem has gotten worse day by day.
I now use airtel 3g network. In the start it was very good but now the network quality is decresing. If I move around in my house I loose the network.
Right now I can make use of airtel 3g in only one room. I have complained to customer care about this but they have not solved it yet. I will update this this post if they do solve. So airtel services are just average now. Bur they have some good offers like the night store which very good. Recently they have also strated a plan to share data with friend and family. This is a good feature as I am able to share my data plan. But overall the service can be improved.
