Please try to avoid this FILTHY and MOST UNPROFESSIONAL Service provider at any cost.
The normal things which should ideally work, are more than dream for me.
Problem doesnt end here... U will end up your whole life making calls to 198, 121, 12118, and Appellate Authority.
but All into VAIN !!! Nothing Works at Airtel. It stinks and is lump of some dead souls, who are least bothered to put things
in right place.
examples
1. ISD SMS- You will be charged, with error- SMS not sent. You call their complaint 198. Call with get disconnected at 3
mins before the executive can suggest something. Though its so called GOLD care.
Incoming MMS- error- Message not downloaded- called on 198, 12118. Call gets disconnected at 3rd min. Crap.
Cant recharge the number online by Airtel site/ ICICI Bank/Ngpay- this small problem has been lying with airtel for 2
months. They are least bothered to do anything apart from sleeping! Even after escalating to Appellate Mumbai, I am yet to
get any revert in past 10 days.
