IDLE SERVICE AND MOBILE OPERATOR

Hello my dear all friends I am aman gupta going to share my experience of using airtel as my daily mobile operator. I have been using airtel for last three years amd I have noticed that its quility is getting down day per day. before three years when I had to buy this SIM. everyone at that time had adviced me to use this mobile operator and I think it was best at that time. when it was new it was giving very well service on the beginning but as it slowly started to be old, its service also started to fall down day per day. but I think it was giving good service till the 3G. when the 4G comes it service became very worst. if it till give service as it was giving in the beginning then I think it real becomes the best mobile operator in india.


the main problem is with its customer service it is totally worst. some times the customer care’s deducted balances from my phone. it happened to me very much times. it is like it hasnot any care for customers. they deducts any one balance from their phone so it is very bad thing. it should be like this.


DEDUCTED MY BALANCE AT FIRST TIME.


It was a day of summer like today when my brother fallen ill seriously. we had to make call but we hadnot balance in my phone. I remember till now that I had recharged for rupees 20 and I didnot got my balance till half an hour. I recharged but didnot get balance then I contact to person to whom I had recharged but he shown me the prove, he had recharged, he had shown me the massege that he had got after recharge. I had read all, it was a successfull transaction but I had confused why I had not get my balance. it was very important to call, everyone at my home were waiting for me. I shared everything to my friend he took my phone and call on 198 which was customer care service number. it was very much time to contact the customer care service. after some times we connected to customer care. my friend firstly said namaste and they replied from that side what can I help you sir. my friend told sir I had just recharged ₹20 before half an hour but havenot got the balance till now why sir. he replied that sir can I put your call on hold please let me search it. my friend said ok but the call could not back to customer care so again my friend call to them. this time it was another man talking with us. this my friend told him can I know your name sir, he replied from yes not. this is mr. rajesh and he also asked my friend name he also replied his name “nandlal”. then he asked what can I help you sir, tell me you problem sir. my friend told that sir I had recharged ₹20 just before half an hour but have not got balance till now. he replied from that side ok sir let me check have you recharged or not. have you recharged on this number or another number. we replied on this number. then he replied ok and asked the same for putting the call on hold but this time my friend didnot said ok, he said no please donot put me on hold. ahe replied ok. he was taking time, my friend request please sit do fast, it is very urgent. he replied ok sir I am trying my level best now. he got the informations that he had about this transaction. he told us “sir you had recharge ₹20 on 20 june 2017. we said yes sir you are right. then after this struggles we got our main balance and had call to my brother. this is the experience that let me hate to this service.


Such problems are happened to me very much time. it is oftenly happens to anyone. the airtel must upgrade its customer service and other things. they said themself the best network in india. this is totally wrong.


At present I am also using airtel this time it is working some well from last days but not good as it should be.


Advice for readers


dear friends I adviced you to donot use this mobile operator, specially if you live in rural areas. it is very bad in rural areas.
