Reasons not to be a part of Airtel (Fraud)

Have been with Airtel for a few years now I feel its high time we do something about the airtel Fraud.I have been talking to people who use airtel and they have been cheated by airtel too.Airtel charges you unnecessarily in the following ways: When you pay 99 or 149 for a data plan airtel still charges you for the usage.


My encounter’s with airtel I had a blackberry were airtel charges RS 400 for the unlimited plan this are the charges customer is aware off & there are hidden charges which get charged on your account after (12 midnight to 5 in the morning) in form of 10p, 20p, 25p & 30p.I was charged Rs 8 every day for 3 months in total (Rs 746) This charges are endless!! Now comes the best part it’s the worst customer service  I have ever come across was surprised if airtel really had customer service.when you call the contact center(121) you be charged then placed on hold for a long time then when the advisers who answer the call  are is not helpful at all they are hopeless, they are worth less when the adviser can not resolve your issue the call gets disconnected after all the long conversation you that with the agent and the manager gone to dogs.


Have call again wait be on hold begin from square 1 again speak to a manager as I told you they are worthless it took 27 call 4 supervisors & 8 different managers to get my money back which was charged by aritel. as I was aware of the airtel fraud they have moved me to platinum care I don’t know for what (platinum care) means as after 4 months I have been charged daily I have been from the 10 of August onwards have been charged Rs 210  and when I call the customer service now the advisers say we cant help you & our managers are busy assisting other customer and disconnect your call.


Mr sri ram is a manager in airtel who advises his agents when a customer call asking for a manager place the customer on hold for 40 minutes then refuses to come on the phone & disconnect the calls he had done this to me twice, a lot more about the front end desk at Divya shree.
