This is the most pathetic and useless provider in Delhi, 5th class network as call gets dropped whenever you are on the go and useless customer service, cheaters in looting customers, providing false information, and never allow you to leave their network by rejecting port requests giving legal obligations.
Go for Vodafone, its the best operator in Delhi with A1 network, wonderful and present customer service with beautiful prepaid plans. if you want peace of mind, never go for airtel, I have used vodafone for 8 years and using airtel since last 2 years. got for Vodafone anytime...
