Airtel has been the cell network service provider for our family for the past many years. We had a good opinion on the service for many years but for the past two years or so we have been facing problems with the network. The call gets hung up in the middle of the conversation for no apparent reason, voice breaking up is a daily issue. The network problem is making us yell in the phone to make sure the person on the other side hears it. Its too frustrating. I dont know whats the problem with the network but the quality of Airtel has surely degraded over the years and the number of promotional messages that you get per day is too much. Its really annoying to sit there deleting all these Airtel promo messages that fill up your inbox and once in a few days you get a call from the service provider asking you to take up some kind of useless offer. I think the Airtel management should concentrate more on the quality of the service they provide rather than the advertising they do. Quality speaks for itself and there will not be any need to advertise that. Word of mouth is greater than an expensive advertisement.
