I had Airtel connection and my father has been using Airtel for 7 years. I am now going to create a review according to my experience.
Airtel is one of the oldest and popular private network in India. It has quite good network coverage in all over the India but the the network quality has been decreased and the tower signal strength got decreased. As it is a well distributed network is helpful for those who frequently changes their location.
Customer service is not good. Some times it decreased my main balance. I never got any proper solution by them and also showed me several fake information(30/- charged for GPRS uses but I don’t have internet facility on that mobile) their never refunded the balance.
The call rate and internet data rate is very high. All the promo rates and rate cutters are very costly.
As now there are many alternate option for calling, chatting, data using so don’t recommend the Airtel network to anyone other than who frequently changes its location.
