I am using airtel sim for internet, messages and calling since two and a half years and frankly speaking before jio was launched no mobile operator could beat airtel on its plans and fastest network.
But since the jio was launched and the company had to bear loses they started reducing there tower’s and still they were showing advertisement as the strongest network of india.
Again they are also cheated customer on hidden terms and condition of a recharge 15 days ago I had a recharge of 448 for 1 gb per day data and unlimited calling and messages but now what they did is they stopped my plan in between and are telling me that this plan was only for 4g Mobile phone and if you want to enjoy this offer further than upgrade your network to 4g.
So I upgraded my sim to 4g and it took 25 rupees for doing so. On that day for upgrading the network to 4g they stopped my services for the whole day which was very irritating because all my bank transactions were ceased.
So please I would suggest you guys to choose jio over airtel as jio is very transparent with their terms and policy and also the network is reliable.
