Totally embarrassing support

I am airtel customer. I am happy with their services but their support is very bad. They are charging me twice for the same bill even I had shown them my bill paid receipt which I had paid.


They are not giving me sufficient reply for this and charging again and again. They though customers are fool and they can charge again and again for the same bill. I have proof of mine bill payment. They are treating me that if I had not paid dues then will disconnect my services.
