Airtel needs to improve more in its customer service, recently I got Rs 10 charged for value added service, which I didnt avail, dont understand how come I can get charged for a service that I didnt avail.
Within 4 days I deactivated the GPRS service, they give some reference number for any complaint raised, but I dont see thats complaint been resolved, for anything they charge they will say, you complaint has been taken, amount will be adjusted in the next bill, but I dont see that happening.
