I have been sticking to airtel services as it is a family legacy and every one seems comfortable with this service provider.
But I have been at the receiving end be it call dropping, wrong billing, automatic subscription to services unasked for be it airtel joke service or radio service.
Regarding their call service, less spoken better with call drops at the maximum. I see towers mushrooming all over town and call quality deteriorating nevertheless.
Wake up airtel as gone are the days of monopoly and welcome to the world of competition where you have to be the best or you will disappear.
