I am from west bengal.I have been expericeing internet speed and network problem with airtel.I Recharged my Airtel number with Rs.399 calling and internet pack this month, and since then I have been very disappointed with the speed that I get on my Phone.Though I was the 3G network but even it’s speed most of the times is found to be wrost than 2G network speed.
When I gonout in open space the nwt starts working normally, but as soon as I enter my home the network just diminshes somtimes.One day I called up to the Airtel Customer Care, after examined the Customer Care Excutive said the Network in my area is upgrading since last 6 months and the problem is not even solved now
