India’s fastest network airtel is not as fast as it was before the launch of reliance jio . In order to give competition to JIO airtel have decreased its data plan rates but airtel failed to give the same speed as they were giving previously .
Now even in urban areas airtel networks are not working at all . they are becoming worst day by day even the voice calls are not connecting at once . Airtel was famous for its data speed and quality voice calls and wide network but now a days there have been so many problems in the network .
even the customer care is not responding at all . i’m complaining about my network problems from last 3-4 days but there is no response from them as they said me attend a backup call for my issue which will be coming in 24 hours but there is no call from airtel .
After charging so much they are not giving services to the customers which is a bad sign for airtel as well as their privilege customers like me .
