Airtel is best of all networks in many aspects but now a days it do face many hondrances due to which customers especially from jandk encounter lots of problems.Although its voice clarity is nice and clear but it has failed to provide good internet network coverage to customers of jandk .The 4G and 3G speed , I can honestly say is of no use .If we compare airtel 3g with Idea 3G , I think Idea will prove best and more uselful than airtel 3g .Besides it, in 70 percent remote areas of jandk it does not provides good internet coverage to these inhabitants .On the contrary Idea provides internet coverage at the door step of people .We doo face lot of problems while using airtel internet .It does not works smooth .But its importance can’t be neglected too because it provides soft , soothing and noise free voice calling network to the customers.I do believe too that no other network can compete with airtel in terms of voice clarity .It does not create any noise for longer duration calls like aircel .I think airtel operatos should look into the matter of its weak internet coverage because everyone do believe in its quality and for this purpose its operators should take immediate steps to restore best internet coverage inorder to maintain its dignity .At the begining nothing was wrong with airtel but later on I don’t know what happened to it .In short I would like to say if airtel is best in one way but it fails to serve the people at present time because today internet keeps more importance to masses than voice calling .Airtel operators should take into consideration the demand and faith of kashmiri people in it .We wish it will try to fill every gape as soon as possible.
