Airtel is one of the leading company in india.Airtel is first mobile operator which offers 4g.I using airtel for long time and its good mobile operator.so here is my experience.
Airtel 2g Network is very strong around india.Network is available in all city, villages etc.But when comes in its 3g, 4g catoegary it network is not that great.the network range is good in metro, big city but in small city 3g, 4g network is not available.Airtel customer care service is very good and they very quick respond to your call.solves your problem in least time.Airtel internet speed is very good for 2g and 3g around 2 to 3 mbps but 4g speed is not that great.Airtel call quality is good.
The main disappintment is its cost.Airtel is very costly mobile operating service.The net speed is good but netpacks( 2g, 3g, 4g) are vety costly and not affordable to everyone.Airtel callrate, message packs are also costly as compared to other operator.Airtel does not gives that many offers.
So from my opinion Airtel is not everyones cup of tea.If you are high internet users and have enough money then surely try AIRTEL.
