Airtel has the most horrible customer care. Probably we have to sue them in the court of law. They are just scavengers that eat your hard earned money. They install unwanted packs and say it was installed from our side as that is the only way they can earn money. There are a lot of people in India that have mobile and save every rupee because they can’t afford and this company just like a cannibal, takes all their money and make there balance Rs 0 and yet are not satisfied.
Business needs virtue. If you eat money like this, you will never improve. Everyone will be judged for there actions. Its a fraud company. Start a revolution..
