Am writing in reference to Mobile no 981819xxxx, I have got 3G plan activated on my number on 19th July as instructed by one of your customer care agent.
I had specifically asked whether 3G data plan will be charged in the current billing cycle or next cycle and all your customer agents I spoke to had ensured that same will be chargeable from next time on.
if you want to double-check my exact words then you may check my last conversation archives if you have any such process in placed which I doubt you have.
I got the plan activated post I was promised that 3g data charges wont be billed this time but you guys screwed it up as usual. I happen to check my billing breakup which clearly states 3G charges are also built in besides 2G.
And when am I calling your customer care then they are telling me that my plan got activated a day before the next billing cycle.
Are you guys completely out of your mind? do you even care about your customers at all? If that was the case the you should have communicated to me very clearly that same will be chargeable in current billing cycle.
ALL YOU KNOW IS TO HARASS YOUR CUSTOMER AND MAKE MONEY IN ANY POSSIBLE WAY.
Being into servicing industry you guys serve your loyal customer like this.
Am highly disappointed and if it will continue like this then I will have no option but to switch to some other network who can serve me better.
am not going to pay 3g data this month so, please waive off immediately.
