Airtel being a big company should be fair to customers.when customers opt for services inadvertently w/o realising the folly they are committing the service provider is expected to guide them.airtel does not care to guide or inform the customer even if they are aware as it happened to me in the recent past.
Even their customer service is quite bad as they dont care to understand the problem faced by the customer. People should be very careful when they opt for services from companies like airtel.
