I have been using Airtel from last 2 years.it always expensive than other mobile operators.
they charge almost 2rs for just one text msg.
after jio came to market they reduce their data charges.but one thing is that the network segment of Airtel provides pretty good network than any other operator.the network is strong too.it is available almost every small parts of India.
the customer service is almost below average we have to wait some time for talk with customer care employee .customer service is not good, they don’t fix your problems.
the offer rate are quite high, calling rates are also too high than other mobile operators. I think they should make plans cheaper so that everyone afford it
