I was earlier a vodafone customer but I was not able to pay such costly bill every month and then I saw an advertisement on Television of airtel and it was very attractive so then I decided to move to airtel through mobile number portability and this was my big mistake I faced my problems regarding my network coverage and most of the time its did not has good network strength so all my mobile battery was consumed due to poor network and apart from that my internet speed was also not good and whenever I go to airtel shop for clearing my doubts for my network they never helped me and I am postpaid user so every month the bill was also with hefty amount and such amount doesn’t deserve for the service they provide. Though vodafone was costly but the service they provide was outstanding.
