These Great Guys Blocked My Calls For 198

I have been using AIRTEL from the last 4 years. As I make frequent STD calls, I always have a tariff plan activated on my number to avail cheap call rates. Last tariff which I had activated was having a validity of 6 months and I got to know that it has expired only after I noticed that my account balance has started decreasing very fast.


These guys did not inform me about anything regarding expiry of tariff and above all they have blocked my calls for customer service so I am not able to even contact them for confirming when did it expire and this is not the first time. They never inform us about this the block calls for customer service.


Would anybody tell me what is their criteria of blocking calls on customer support. Hello AIRTEL. If you continued with this kind of services, very soon you will see your old customers, like me, switching to other connections.


You must have heard about PORTABILITY.
