I m using airtel service for more than five years. in the beginning, very good service was provided but now it is worst.
Data rates are very high as compared to other service providers. and customer care service is the worst part. no customer care executive is answering my calls.
Better service is provided by other network operators at a noticeably low cost.
AIRTEL IS GETTING WORSE DAY BY DAY.
many times, some amount is deducted from my balance, even when I have not activated any service and there is no proper response from customer care.
internet plans are also very very costly.
I will not recommend this to any of my friends.
