I used airtel network and recently throw it to garbage after 1 year thay are very bad service and every thing is worst which offered by them.their network coverage is really poor I used airtel for my calling and internet needs but thay totally disapointed me.thay thave no coverage at roof or I u go to ur bed room there is it shows always in emergencey. first I used it for my internet needs and I recharge with 93 @ 1gb3g data for 5 days but I am very disapointed when I put sim on dongal and connect with laptop it will failed to find signal and red light is blowing in my dongal after five or seven minuts it can catch 2g singnal but failed to find 3g signal at shimla city and I ran 3g dara with two g speed and my browsets are stopped woerking and error shown in screen is no net work connection avilable.i got very frustrated and after five days when my plan ends I have more then 700mb which are gone waste with their worst network connectivity and I angerly throw the sim to the dustbin and I hate their plan 1gb 3g at 93 for five days very disgusting and much expencive.what a worst service by airtel what a bad plans .
thair custoer service is also poor when I call them for network issue thay suggest me to call to their nearest office and when I call to their nearest office thay said that thay dont set tower for one customer and cut the phone.what a customer service.
their charges are also very high thay offer 1gb 3g data at 93 rupees for five days only what a expncive plan and jio offers 1gb per day at 149 rupess for 28 days so you can compare it yourself .
idea offering 1gb 3g at 69 rs for 15 days .so friend you can imagine how expencive and worst thay are.
