Hey guys and gals all over India and people across the world AIRTEL is the best service provider in Karnataka if we compare to Spice telecom and newly arrived Hutch!!!.Well Airtel covers almost 75% of Karnataka I suppose.Its got great customer service and it has many outlets too.I have been using Airtel for the year and a half.I have been constantly changing from Airtel to Spice and to Hutch but Airtel is my choice.Its got gret coverage and it provides a whole lot of other offers too.Its got a good marketing strategy to attract customers towards it.Especially after the launch of its Prepaid service ’’MAGIC’’ which is a useful service for people such as students and people who dont want to pay monthly rentals and for people like us who dont want to let their parents know that we have been using one as by this service ie is Magic u dont get bills.For us also if we are short on money we need not pay for that monthly rentals and get it more trouble.You can make STD ISD calls from your magic number till the last pie where as Spice prepaid cards you cant make calls once your account is 50/- Rs thats bad.
Airtel offers free SMS for people who buy a new connection.It also offers them free airtime between midnight 12 to 6 early in the morning.You need not pay for calls made or recieved during this time.You also get a whole lot of features such as you get Thoughts, Games, contests by sms.Billings not a problem for me but by people’s reaction I can say they are happy with it.The latest news is that you have roaming facilities provided to you free of cost if you are in places outside state where Airtel is a service provider.There is news that they are going to make all incoming calls from Airtel to Airtel mobiles free.Thats a lot of services to attract people.
