I can say only only thing Airtel customer care is really BAD! I cannot explain…they are totally arrogant people who don’t even reply to your mail….
I have sent many mail to 121, nodal officer and Appellate Authority but did not receive any response except auto reply mail.
Issues with Airtel for me-
1. Always having wrong billing.
2. Never will you get customer care response.
