The airtel are the biggest cheaters of india. even I realised this a few months back only. we can’t imagine their business tactics. earning in paise from each customer, but the total goes to crores. for example, I had full talk time offer valid for certain period. that account will be shown in 1249#. in that I had the validity, balance 49paise and remained till the validity & disappeared.
I couldn’t use that balance even I had 10p call charge for airtel to airtel. calculate 49 paise x 1lakh customer(minimum). this is the earnings of this cellular service provider. we, the affected customer had to take a decision to teach a lesson to these kind of companies. let’s unite for this. we all select a day with our known persons to surrender our sim card to the airtel showroom. expose that event through newspapers. this will make a difference in the history. join hands against this corruption. don’t hesitate. ur mobile no. is not ur identification. discard it. comeon INDIA.
