I used Airtel as my primary service provider for a long period of time. When I initially joined the network, the service they offered was really good, but as time passes by the credibility has gone way down.
They provide unprofessional customer care service. The complaints that are being given by the customers are seldom looked upon. You don’t know when you will loose the coverage.
All at a sudden, your airtel sim don’t work and if you ask they will say that you have to replace the sim. A cheap trick to sell 4G enabled sim.
Really irritated with the network and switched to another one.
