Well the following email was written to Mr Manoj Kohli, CEO Airtel & Sunil Mittal & other Useless Nodal officers. I am still expecting a revert from them!!!
Frankly speaking I dont know why I am using dear for u man! May be because I like respecting people or may be because I am happy that my issue (mind it! its av v v v small issue) has been finally rectified (there was nothing to rectify in it!!!) and resolved ( a justice finally give...it was delayed for a very long time...Does this take this long??? .....I am glad that it was not denied!!!....Hey! why I should be glad...infact u guys should be glad that I was not denied....else I would have taken u buggers to the laundry.)
U guys only say that impatience is the new life...tell me now...do u follow the same thing with the customers.....the only thing that u guys do is enter a customers problem in ur database.....so that next time when I call ur call center agent reads my problem history and tries to console me falsely!!!!
Thats why I wont be telling u guys my problem....go find it urself...my no: is . U boast of some deadly database right...which tracks all customers problems....but I must say man....if u dont rectify, but only collect customers problem then whats the use of ur database man.....I am sure u will agree with me on this...afterall u r the ceo, rite????
well coming to my problem...(actually it was never a problem. U gave the name problem for that....it was a request from my end) everyone at ur call center kept on giving me false hopes. enough mails I had written only to get false hopes in text format....is this what u call a good customer service??? Tell me Mr. Kohli.
Well this mail I am addressing it to you and also writing with lot of hope (that my issue will not arise again) and also with a feedback:The feedback is that: I really appreciate the way Mr Lakshmikantha handled my case (mind it! It was never a case...i said the same earlier too). He did something which ur useless call center people didnt do / couldnt do/ was not capable to do for the last 1.5 months!!!!
Can u believe it!!! Ur floor head Lakshmikantha did it in 1 single minute....simply gr8 after a v v long wait!....i even tried to call ur cc later to thank lakshmikantha....he was not available....but later he even went one step ahead and called me from his personal mobile and assured me that he will handle my case personally!!!
