I am a airtel pre paid account holder. I reside in janak puri and I am facing a lot of problems from airtel.
If the same is not sorted out very soon I will be porting out to vodafone or some other operator as I am not at all satisfied. first of all the signal strength is very weak here. we have to go out to receive and make calls. the voice is not audible inside and cracks. the calls are dropping like fishes in the pond. very hard to get a call through. I have subscribed to the airtel 3g mobile internet but I hardly get it. most of the times the signal shows’E’ and the speed is very slow. I seriously hope the situation improves.
