Few days back I got a prepaid card of Airtel, simply because it had a scheme of 10 paisa after 10’o clock in the night. Believe me this was the only motivation I had when I went out to buy a sim card for myself.
but gosh!!what a poor service they have!!!Airtel in pune is going from bad to worse..i dont know what is wrong??plus the people thay have in their customer care dept. have no knowledge about it..
somehow these days, I am unable to send STD messages from my no. and although I have reported it twice but no help has been provided as yet!!
the 10 paisa scheme which was my only motivation in getting aairtel connection is getting over in march, although at the time of purchase they said that the scheme will go on for three years.
there are many times when even local messages withen pune get failed..
i stay in the outskirts of the city and the connectivity here is horrible..i cant use my cell when iam inside my home, simply because there is no connection.. and the voice cracks..
the 10 paisa scheme , which is supposed to start after 10 in night, at times takes 10:30 to start..there is something wrong with the Airtel watch..
they better do something fast, or they will be out..
