Poor customer service

Anyone holding shares with airtel, sell it off. With their poor customer service and now with the mtn deal off, its poised for a nosedive soon. I don’t think their online customer service is manned, probably they give somputer generated responses.


I did a recharge of rs 222, which usually gives me full talk time. but the last time it gave me only rs 2.22. Now u can see where the fault is , recharged with rs 222.00 and credited with rs 2.22.I complained to them online ( not getting anyone by phone) and all the time I get the same response.


The responseis like , we will look into this matter, ur recharge has been succesfull, please dial this no for further clarifications ( which u will never get). Tis is what they say repeatedly. when asked them whether this email is the end of your correspondence or should I wait for further emails--- bingo---- again the same response.


that’s when I seriously doubted about who is this responder-- a computer, a seriously dumb man/woman or super smart customer service executive ( waiting for me to drop the case)

further update:-- airtel customer service has resolved my complaint and they had been professional in doing so/ happy with airtel again......
