They say that once a company starts making good money they really dont bother about their customers. I have had a bad experience with AIRTEL. The customer care Execetive to whom I gave my Id proofs for converting my prepaid AIRTEL to Postpaid and a new connection to include that in AIRTEL My plan. He submitted my documents only for the conversion from prepaid to Postpaid but the new number is still not activated even after 10 days of submitting my documentation.
I went to the Airtel Customer care branch at PARADISE and they said that they can give us the new number but cannot activate the number which I have chosen and I have to contact the executive itself for getting it activated. when I am calling the executive. he doesnt picks up and when picks up he doesnt gives satisfactory responses.
I am literally pissed off which such service. Now I want to escalate this to higher Management of AIRTEL but you know what you have to pay for calling customer service when you are calling from Prepaid Mobile. another kick on the back of the customer. Telecom service providers shouldnt charge the customers for resolving complaints of their own.
