Although promoted as the nations no:1 cellular network..;I have always had problems; both with the network & billing.
I have with me a corporate connection comprising 6 numbers to facilitate business & communation within my support staff, but the problems encountered are poor range.., incompetent personal at their outlets , & no coordination in their billing depth.
Very month despite disciplined payments I was reminded of nonpayment of a previous bill which on repeated reminders of payment with references of payment details fell on deaf ears; till one fine day my outgoing calls were suspended.
The helpline no:121 is a support which leaves room for improvement.On repeated contacts I was informed about my payment erronously placed in suspense a/c which resulted in the confusion.By the time I lost on time & business.The network suffers from delayed redressal of complaints, poor feedback &less cooperative personal at their kiosks & outets.All the reason to be unhappy about...!
