I want to bring into notice, some of the malpractices and dirty gimmicks that Airtel is playing. They are deliberately delaying portability request multiple times. Earlier the portability date was 9th Nov 2011 and now they postponed it to 25th Nov 2011.My old portability code was AZ717147 and now its changed to AZ313718. This does not stop here, they also activate value added services without the customers permission and deduct the money from the account balance. One more thing I would like to add is that they start charging money for SMSes even before the daily quota of 100 free SMSes is consumed. Do they think that customers are fools? Please help bringing these culprits to justice by launching massive social media campaigns and sharing your experiences with this fraud company.
