Poorest and costliest service you will ever find

Since last 2 months because of constant poor service. last month I asked to terminate the connection after getting completely fed up. they sent me bill for 1 month bill. I tried to contact them but the auto-machine is not accepting my fixedline number. I support they have not completely taken care of the termination. I am thinking of taking them to consumer forum for justice. I will ask for compensation also.
