Today I am going to write about worst services of **"Airtel Mobile Operator**. I have used Airtel sim card for 2 years and I always had too many problems regarding services which were offered by the company.
I was using prepaid services of Airtel and I was using it’s services for normal calling and messaging. I used to recharge my phone number from local retailer. I did not face any problem for initial 2 months after purchasing the Airtel sim card but after two months company started deceiving me. Whenever I recharged my number the company used to deduct my balance unreasonably and when I asked customer care executive that why did they deduct my balance they replied *"the balance is deducted because of internet data usage"*. But their reply is really shocking for me because the phone in which I was using Airtel sim card did not have internet access.
After bearing such rude behavior of the company I have stopped using it’s services. So, I would not recommend anyone of you to use the services of Airtel.
