POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

AIRTEL HAS EXCELLENT NETWORK COVERAGE. I have been to Delhi, Bangalore, Baroda, Chandigarh and staying at kanpur. During all my travels, I was always well connected.


However, there Customer service is Hopeless. 121@airtelindia.com is supposed to respond to your complaints. always you receive automated message but no further action or response.


there offices are burocratic.


they disconnected my cell phone without any warning. all papers were deposited while taking the connection.


2 times they have forcibly downloaded Hello tune to my mobile without my asking for it. first time it was a monthly subscription. immediately on my complaint, hello tune was deactivated but charges were not refunded.


second time, I received 2 messages. one thanking me for subscribing to hello tunes and another for downloading some song which I had never heard. I immediately complained on internet. hello tune was deactivated and I was informed that NO Money has been deducted. but after 15 days, I received another message that rs 60/= will be deducted towards hello tunes subscription. I again complained with copies to their top bosses including sunil mittal and Carol Borgesie. I got the Phone call from their executive that he will investigate the Matter but after that NO communication. Out of rs. 60/= deducted, Rs 30/= were Refunded.


This is not my individual complaint. Many of my collegues have suffered like this. They do all this without customer asking for it.


TRAI is not doing any thing for this.
