I changed my hometown and wanted to transfer my sim card of another network into Airtel Postpaid. I went to the nearest Airtel office to enquire the requirements and found out to be eligible dor CUG sim card. So I asked for the form to be duly filled up and returned.
I completed the formalities and returned it to the office in a couple of days. I was satisfied with the executive’s promise to get talkimg within 2 days.
But again it happened that the executive called back for some incompletion of form which he had already cross-checked.
I refilled the form and submitted. But a week has passed till then and now the executive neither callzs from his end nor picks my calls.
Great deal with Airte. Im not being able to call anywhere as I was leaning upon Airtel to get going within a week.
Airtel service truly lags.
